Steak and Potato Pizza


The best thing about summer is being able to use the grill so the kitchen doesn't get too warm.  And I love that I can make pizza on the grill now.  This is a pizza recipe inspired by one that I had many years ago.  I hope you like it!

Ingredients

12" premade pizza crust
6 ounces chopped bison steak
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium potato thinly sliced
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Saute the steak and onion together in a pan. Add potatoes and cook until they are tender (time will depend on how thick they are).
Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the crust, cover with the potatoes and steak and top with the cheese.
Etiher cook in a 425 oven for about 15 minutes or cook on the grill until cheese is golden.
