My Quest

I'm trying to establish a healthy routine.  Not a diet, but something a little more.  I'm trying to get into a habit of working out and cooking healthy meals.  Part of the challenge in cooking is that everything I make has to be tasty for my husband who loves cheese, bacon, creamy stuff and generally the stuff that isn't typically considered healthy.  So I'll be posting recipes that I come up with that meet his taste requirements and my nutritional requirements (and hopefully easy).
I might also post about my workouts and different things I'm trying out, including reviews of workout dvd's or websites.  Because health isn't limited to the physical, sometimes I might post stuff about mental or financial health.  Granted, I'm not qualified to really give out advice, but I think I have enough experiences to be able to give my opinion.
Sometimes I'll post things I've scrapbooked or other little projects that I'm trying (probably something I found on pinterest or in a magazine).
Basically, there's going to be a little bit of everything on here.
